As far as I remember the DNC members are not region by region. Here are the elected DNC members ...
Melissa Schroeder - Merrill
Jason Rae - Rice Lake
Paula Zellner - Shawano
Stan Gruszynski - Porterfield
The state party chair and I believe the first-vice chair are also voting members of the DNC.

Are nominations made from the CDs?

Again based on my somewhat feeble memory, I recall the DNC members are nominated at the statewide level. I believe they have to be submitted to the state nominations committee in advance of the state convention based on a narrow interpretation of a rule that played out during the 2005 convention. I believe that you can self-nominate.
