I hate to admit to watching Fox News, but I just had to see if anyone would mention "Dead Eye Dick's" latest escapade. Not a peep that I could detect; instead the big news was that the Pentagon is sounding the drumbeat of war again, up to and including the types of planes and bombs that could be used against Iran. It brought back unpleasant memories in which I witnessed the same rant, different country--Iraq.

I enjoyed immensely the top 10 list of reasons why Cheney shot his hunter friend. The blogs are all abuzz today, and Scott McClellan was pommelled mercilessly by the press as to why it took 24 hours for the news to break. NBC journalist David Gregory held Scott's feet to the fire on camera as well as off, according to the Daily Kos, which carried their off-camera dialogue.

Watch for a big disclosure on Katrina failures by a REPUBLICAN committee tomorrow, although this article has been "leaking" for several days already.
