That's because IT IS JOHN BOLTON!
Bolton was sent to Florida in 2000 to make sure Bush won the election. Did you ever wonder just exactly WHY Bush has been so loyal to Bolton? Why Bush stubbornly gave him a "recess appointment" to become Ambassador to the United Nations when the Senate Foreign Relations Committee refused to confirm him?
